Matt Dreisin
Programme Director and Interim Manager
Matt Dreisin is an accomplished transformation leader with a proven record of fixing complex programmes across aviation, defence, healthcare, and utilities.
After graduating with honours in Mechanical Engineering at Loughborough, Matt spent a decade with Accenture consulting for the UK's Health Service and the Department of Work and Pensions. He then spent a number of years taking a start-up to SME completing two rounds of fundraising driving growth and innovation in the intelligent software, before engaging directly with Government, Defence and transportation clients delivering programme services.
Matt is known for restoring complex and difficult programmes in Governement and other Regulated sectors by focusing on the underlying essence of what they are trying to achieve. He is obsessed with restoring governance and discipline, and particulatly aligning delivery to strategy, leading teams through clarity and calm authority.
He holds an MBA from Cranfield, a Diploma in Marketing (DipM), and has qualified in a range of best practice frameworks including SAFe agile, MSP, Prince2. ITIL and TOGAF. He recently completed the AI for Business Innovation course at Imperial Business School receiving an award for an exemplary assignment focusing on using AI to leverage the human role in programme delivery.
Outside work, he chairs the governing body of a local special school and volunteers with a youth club. He enjoys a range of sport and completed the UK Ironman Triathlon.
